I am thankful that Adam taught me to bake bread, because I really like to eat homemade bread. It's yummy and much better than the air bread junk from the store, or even the whole grain or specialty breads. We bake ALL of our own bread, no matter what type. Wheat bread (or white - usually we mix the flours) for sandwiches, pita, French or artisan bread to eat with pasta, etc ... we even have a very good recipe to make our own hamburger and hotdog buns.
